Despite over 20 years of international negotiations, worldwide carbon emissions have risen. This is having devastating impacts on Africa, and yet our continent only contributes 4% to global carbon emissions.

Climate Story Lab ZA brings together climate experts, activists and creatives from Southern Africa in a 4 day residential lab, to develop effective stories and engagement strategies to inspire meaningful action.

Nine projects from five Southern African countries were selected to participate in CSLZA 2023. The cohort included 3 short documentary films, 2 feature-length documentary films, 1 VR experience, 1 podcast series, and 2 theatre performances. READ MORE
